During the winding process, the position of the wire head can be adjusted left or right, making it more convenient for winding special coils or high-precision coils. It also helps in locating the starting point and width of the winding.

3.0-999组步序设定容量，特有伺服电机绕线及排线，可轻易设定正逆转，疏密绕线工作；

Setting the capacity for steps 0-999, featuring servo motor winding and unwinding, allows easy configuration of forward and reverse rotation, as well as varying winding densities.

4.高低速可根据需要自行任意搭配；

High and low speeds can be freely combined as needed.

5.工作台式桌面结构，机械强度高，粗线绕线表现佳，手推张力尾座滑道设计，夹持工件快速稳定；

The workbench desktop structure has high mechanical strength and excellent performance with thick wire winding. It features a hand-pushed tension tailstock slide design for quick and stable clamping of workpieces.

6.机械磁阻尼式张力器设计，控制绕线张力运行平稳，排线整齐，效能高。

The mechanical magnetic damping tensioner is designed to ensure smooth operation of the winding tension, resulting in neat wire arrangement and high efficiency.

Guarantee: one year, except for consuming material parts,it include driving belt,bearing,lead screw,guild roller,spanner,switch;

3. 质量保证期后，我方必须仍为需方提供技术服务和设备配件，配件供应按市场价70%收取费用；

Out of Guarantee date,we still offer technology service and spare parts to customers, the spare parts price should be charge only 70% of the market price.

七、.设备验收标准及验收程序Equipment Acceptance Standards and Procedure：

1. 设备制造完毕后由我方按质量检验标准进行检验，合格后通知客户来我司预验收，双方人员共同按行业标准和技术协议进行验收；

After the machine finished,we will inspect it by the quality inspection standards,after it pass,we will inform customer to check and accept it.Both sides should accept it by the industrial standards and technology agreements

2.产品最终要满足需方的适用要求，并能连续批量生产。

  木箱包装经第三方物流公司运到客户指定地点（限国内）.

Wooden boxes packing ship to customer’s destination(only in domestic of China) by third logistic company.
